The Importance of Smiling

I have heard it said that when we smile, our physiology is changed. Research proves that when we smile, our bodies release endorphins. Endorphins make us feel confident and satisfied. Endorphins make us feel good.

Try this for yourself - smile and see how you feel. There are many reasons to be serious each day. We have many responsibilities and tasks to accomplish. When we are immersed in all of these responsibilities we often forget to smile. So smile, release those endorphins, and feel good. Smile at people you meet during the day - make them smile, and when they smile, they will feel happy and so will you!
